Our Story

A table set with intention

Shish Kabob opened its doors on North Brookhurst Street with one conviction: that a properly grilled kabob changes the way you think about a meal.

We source lamb from local farms, marinate our meats overnight in blends we've refined for years, and fire everything over charcoal — never gas, never rushed. The result is meat with char, smoke, and soul.

Our dining room is warm, unpretentious, and built for people who want to sit down and taste something real. That's the standard we set, and it's the one we keep.
